COVID-19 Virus Update –

All Lewis Curzon Skincare ‘One World One Body’  products are perfumed using fragrances manufactured by our industry-renowned fragrance suppliers. In addition, Lewis Curzon Skincare adheres at all stages of the production process – and at all times, without exception – to established international standards of Good Manufacturing Practice.

For our customers who have recently suffered, or are continuing to suffer, with the effects of the COVID-19 virus, please note that you may experience a complete loss (or partial diminishment) of your sense of smell, and please therefore bear in mind and be understanding that this could affect your use and enjoyment of our products.

For the safety, health and well-being of our own staff, please also note that we will not accept the return of our products from a residence which has at that time a positive, confirmed, case of the COVID-19 virus.

General Returns Policy Terms & Conditions –

We are extremely proud of the quality and high ethical standards of our ‘One World One Body’-branded products. We hope that all of our customers enjoy using our products, and that you are happy to share your enjoyment and your positive experience of our brand with your family and friends. If that is not however your own personal experience, then we invite you to share your feedback and comments with us by email at : info@lewiscurzonskincare.com.

a. In the event that you wish to return any item to us, please note that you must first contact us by email within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Please allow for a reasonable period of time for us to acknowledge and respond to your email before you then send us the returned item.

b. If you do contact us by email within 14 days of the date of your purchase, please note that you will then have an additional 14-day period within which to send us the returned item. The returned item must be unused – in its original condition – and must be returned with your proof of purchase. Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will then arrange for an exchange or a refund to be processed to the original purchaser of the item within a further 14-day period.

c. Although we do not implement a free returns policy as standard, please note that we will issue a full refund or process an exchange free-of-charge to the original purchaser of the item if the returned item in question has been damaged in-transit or there has been a manufacturing fault. In these extremely rare circumstances, your email should include your proof of purchase as well as at least two photographs showing the damaged/faulty item.

d. Lewis Curzon Skincare will not be responsible for any damage to an item which results from unique, accidental, or random customer behaviour. We will also not accept responsibility for any damage to an item resulting from general wear and tear.

Please note that any item returned to Lewis Curzon Skincare can only be returned and exchanged or refunded on one occasion. No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied on overseas orders – whether arising from an exchange or a refund.

e. If you are unhappy with your purchase of a ‘One World One Body’ -branded product from a retailer, please note that the availability of any proposed exchange or refund will be entirely subject to the relevant retailer’s returns policy only.
